First need to understand that to getting a number, we must have a Local US phone number for their verifications so first we will make a US local phone number for thissipgate.com is the easy way but their services are not available now, so here is a second method :

Host name or IP address : callcentric.com
And use previous email address and password which you used on CallCentric.com and Click submit

6. Now check your email address you will receive an email from info@ipkall.com in which your detail will be given. At the end of the first line there will be your local US phone number but you need to register this number.

7. Download Express talk from here

8. When you are installing express talk, select the default option for all screens. At “SIP Setup” option, select “Yes, I already have a SIP account” and enter all your detail as you fill in Step "5" and log in

9. After your successful login your US local phone number will be registeredautomatically. Which you can see on CallCentric.com home page under "Balance" tab saying "Your phone is registered"

From my personal experience, I find another VoIP app Talkatone which provides the highest quality phone calls, but only available for Android, iOS system. When you launch the Talkatone app the first time you'll be presented with two login options - Facebook and Google. I will suggest use the Google account (Gmail) because this year Google still provides free phone calls within U.S. and Canada, except the normal feature talking through device to device,  you actually get bonus to talk through device to phone in North America without any charges at any time. After you install this app, you may need to activate free Google voice account to use this feature.

Gmail added a long-awaited feature: making phone calls. If you install the voice and video chat plug-in, you can call phones in the US and Canada for free. You can also call in other countries, but you'll have to pay. Fortunately, Google's rates are really low and the service is cheaper than Skype.

"Calls to the U.S. and Canada will be free for at least the rest of the year and calls to other countries will be billed at our very low rates. We worked hard to make these rates really cheap with calls to the U.K., France, Germany, China, Japan — and many more countries — for as little as $0.02 per minute," informs Google.

If you have a Google Voice phone number (anyone in the US can get one), you can alsoreceive 

phone calls in Gmail. Now that Google Voice integrates with Gmail, a lot more people will use it.

To try the new feature, make sure that your Gmail interface language is set to English (US) and that the voice and video chat plug-in is installed. You get an initial calling 

credit ($0.10), but unfortunately you can only add credit if you're in the US.
